This morning began quite rainy but thankfully it is a sunny beautiful afternoon. Today was also a very, very busy day! Some of us went to the Peace Day celebration in the cafeteria because they have not been on a level 2 or higher.
Many more of us completed the Fountas and Pinnell test. Today we were able to get through almost five tests. We are almost finished with all of our tests! While we were doing the F&P test we also worked on our Learner Profile books and continued practicing capitalization.
Again today in math we did place value. Today during math we did a project about place value. This weekend we must finish our projects if we are not already done. Place value is hard for some of us and easier for others. Some people were able to work on the carpet with base ten blocks while others of us worked on our projects. Today the work that we did was hard. The students who were not on the carpet had to start their projects.
Ms. S was back and we were able to have Touch Math class!
Today for homework we must finish our place value projects and our reading log.
